At Kijani Print Toners, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across Kenya.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification with delivery details.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to customers throughout Kenya, including major cities and towns such as Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Thika, Machakos, Meru, Nyeri, and many other locations.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Nairobi: Same-day or next business day delivery.

  • Major Towns Across Kenya: 1–3 business days.

  • Remote Areas: 3–7 business days depending on location and courier availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen logistical challenges.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package size and weight

  • Courier service selected

Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Same-Day Delivery (Nairobi)

For selected products and locations within Nairobi, same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before the daily cut-off time. Availability depends on stock confirmation and courier scheduling.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged item, incorrect product, or discover missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs and supporting information to assist with resolving the issue promptly.
